Tattoo Artist Official Casting Application 
SPIKE TV's Ink Master Season 7

There are two ways to apply to SPIKE TV’S Ink Master Season 7.  All participants must provide the following documents and materials when submitting your Participant Application. Failure to do so will result in delaying the processing of your Participant Application and/or may result in eliminating you from further consideration. No materials will be returned. Participants will be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with their application for any option of entry set forth below.

Completed application packages must be received by June 5th, 2015 to guarantee your application will be considered for this Program. 

There are two ways to apply to this Program:

Option 1: Upload a 3-minute home video AND complete the below application, which will include uploading the materials listed below. Visit our home video page for submission instructions.

All of the applications will require the following materials:
1. Signed release and waiver. Please download the release and waiver to be filled out and submitted at the bottom of this application
2. Two (2) headshots AND two (2) full body photographs of yourself
3. A minimum twenty (20) examples of your work or a link to your website (clearly visible copies of pages from your portfolio or a website)
4.  One (1) legible photocopy of EITHER (1) your passport; OR (2) your driver’s license OR (3) your state ID card. 

Option 2: Attend the New York City SPIKE TV’s INK MASTER SEASON 7 open casting call AND complete the below application, which will include uploading the materials listed below.  Visit our open call page to find out the date and location of our New York City casting event. ** Please bring to the open call: two (2) recent photographs of you, each clearly labeled on the back with your name clearly printed, and ten (10) photos of your work (clearly visible copies of pages from your portfolio or a website)
